I support individuals working through challenges like anxiety, depression, body image struggles, eating disorders, grief, trauma, hormonal shifts, family conflict, and betrayal trauma. For those who want it, I also offer faith-based counseling to help integrate spiritual beliefs into the healing process. I'm trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET)—approaches that help clients heal at a deeper, more lasting level. Being a counselor isn’t just what I do—it’s truly a privilege and a calling. I believe the experiences we go through, even the painful ones, are not without meaning.
